Commissioned by the Tualatin Valley Community Band ("TVCB")for its 30th Anniversary: 1988-2018Starting with only 14 players (representing the inital TVCB membership) and growing to full concert band, this piece celebrates: the beginning of the this "community within a community"; the "two rules" that Steve Heuser required of its members ("1. Have fun. 2.
