Composed for solo guitar, the piece Tristesse Op. 21 had its premiere in 2016 in the city of Belo Horizonte at the hands of guitarist Tabajara Belo, one of the most respected guitarists in Brazil. It won other countries and was interpreted by the great guitarist Elle Davisson, member of the Davisson Duo. The melody came together with a text, a poem by the composer himself, the initial idea was to compose a popular song, but soon left aside to become a piece for classical guitar. Sad and melancholic melody, but of great beauty. “A lovely, flowing composition that was a joy to learn” From Elle Davisson.
