Nice piece, untidy edition
We read Pleyel's Trio Concertante No. 2 yesterday afternoon. It makes good use of the instrumental combination and is full of harmonic interest. However, there are quite a few misprints, and the second section of the Rondo has so many missing and added bars (the same errors occur in the accompanying full score) that we spent thirty minutes trying to piece together what was meant. An amusing challenge, but the publisher should fix this pronto.
