Stu Cook's original bass line as played to the Creedence Clearwater Revival song, "Travelin' Band" released on the 1970 album, "Cosmo's Factory". This is a classic rock 'n' roll number, played as a 12 bar blues in F# major. This bass line features an ascending bass figure that is played over all chord changes during the verses. Please note that Stu Cook holds on to the final note of each ascending figure. This has been notated in the sheet music to simplify the notation and for ease of reading. This transcription comes with Standard Notation only, for those of you who wish to improve their sight reading! :).
