Total Acoustic Guitar 'n Then Some!
If you've been playing acoustic guitar for about a year or so you can probably play basic chords, perhaps you've tried your hand at some finger picking yet you really want some more direction to take you to the next level. Then this book is for you. Total Acoustic Guitar is thoughtfully divided into topics such as chord strumming basic chords, syncopation, alternating bass/chord accompaniment, fingerpicking and lead playing using all kinds of scales. This book is packed with nifty examples and real tunes to help you nail the topic in question. The accompanying CD will help bring the written page to life since everything is demonstrated. It includes some great jams for you to wail away! Everything is explained concisely but you will have to roll up your sleeves if the material is foreign to you. Once you get going and have everything under your fingers though, you'll soon discover that you're on the road to becoming a total acoustic guitarist. A great book!
