This anthem is here scored for SSAA voices and organ. It is also available for SATB mixed voices. Set to Psalm 25, it has occasional dissonance, but always seems to make its way back to a feeling of repose. The 1st soprano needs to be comfortable above the staff with a solid A, and the 2nd alto goes down to a low F, so range is a factor, but it is a challenge worth embracing in this beautiful piece.
