EDRICH SIEBERT (Londen 1903 - Maidenhead 1984), wiens eigenlijke naam Stanley Smith Masters luidde, was eerst fluitist en saxofonist bij een militaire kapel alvorens in de ban de van de koperinstrumenten, en bijgevolg van de brass-band, te geraken. Tot 1931 en later tijdens en na de Tweede Wereldoorlog tot 1946 dirigeerde hij diverse Britse militaire orkesten. Daarna was hij freelance componist. Hij woonde in Egham in het Runnymede District.Als componist was hij grotendeels autodidact. He live in Egham in the Runnymede District.As a composer he was mostly self-taught.
