Good trigger exercises
A good resource for practicing with the F attachment, especially for players new to it. Well edited, although you may wish to try some editing of your own also.

I didn't know I needed this book
I graduated High School in 1986. For years prior, I was 1st chair, 1st part in all of our bands and orchestras playing a Yamaha with an F-attachment. No one had ever mentioned how to use the F-attachment, so I just figured out what notes I needed. Now I have this book, which is easier to understand than Allen Ostrander Method for Bass Trombone and F attachement for Tenor Trombone. This book has a chart in the front that is easy to refer back to, and is filled with clearly marked music to practice using your F trigger.
