Dit is een stuk voor de jonge en stoutmoedige dromer! In onze jeugd heeft iedereen wel wilde ideeën gehad over de toekomst… In Thinkin’ Big worden 3 van zulke woeste dromen geportretteerd. Het eerste deel begint met rock ‘n roll in een soort van overdreven zestiger jaren stijl. Het lieflijke middendeel beeldt het leven van een ballerina uit. Uiteindelijk komt het met een reis naar het Witte Doek en enkele vleugjes Hollywood en de Rode Loper tot een conclusie.

This is a piece for the bold and young dreamer! Growing up, we all have our wild ideas about what we can become as adults...and here are 3 such hero-like figures portrayed in this piece. The first is that of a 'Rock n roll star' in something of a 60s throwback idiom. The middle movement is gentle in approach and depicts the life of a Ballerina. Finally, the music reaches its conclusion with a trip to the 'Big Screen' with a few touches of Hollywood and the Red Carpet!

Ceci est une pièce pour le jeune rêveur audacieux ! En grandissant, on a tous nos idées fougueuses sur ce qu’on viendra plus tard… Dans Thinkin’ Big, trois de ces rêves héroïques sont dépeints. Le premier mouvement commence avec un thème rock ‘n roll dans un style exagéré des années soixante. Le charmant mouvement central représente la vie d’une ballerine. À la fin on arrive à la conclusion avec un voyage vers le Grand Écran et quelques soupçons de Hollywood et du Tapis Rouge.

Das ist ein Stück für junge und beherzte Träumer. Während wir aufwuchsen, haben wir wohl alle unsere wilden Ideen über was wir später einmal werden wollen…In Thinkin’ Big werden drei von diesen wagemutigen Träumen dargestellt. Der erste Teil fängt mit einem Rock’n Roll in einer Art übertriebener sechziger Jahre Stil an. Der liebliche Mittelteil stellt das Leben einer Ballerina dar. Schließlich kommt es mit einer Reise auf die Leinwand und einem Schuss Hollywood und dem roten Läufer zu einem Ende.
