Classic hymn by G.F. Handel A festive mood is captured by Cynthia Dobrinski in this 3-6 octave arrangement of the Maccabeaus and Azmon tunes. A buildup of shakes in the introduction sets the tone for a strong first verse which alternates sections of ringing with quieter staccato techniques. Contrast is provided by a slower, quieter verse of O For a Thousand Tongues to Sing in a new key with colorful reharmonization.
