Amazing
I remember performing this piece when I was in high school (about six years ago). I remember that this was a pretty difficult piece to tackle, but once we did, it was absolutely rewarding. Rediscovering it and listening to it again reminded me just how powerful of a piece this is, and it's one of the go-to pieces I listen to when I want to be inspired to compose again.

bathing in sound, yet intimate and tender
a very rewarding piece, wonderful textures, slightly contrasting middle sections. Simply well-written. The story behind it (the text) is an intense experience in itself.On the surface this piece seems of intermediate difficulty, but to make it sound beautiful a better than average choir or ensemble is needed. (which might be a truism for any kind of choral piece)
