Dramatic SATB anthem with piano for Advent/Christmas on the Isaiah text about the coming of Christ. The piece begins in C minor with women's voices but for the text "the wolf shall lie down with the lamb" etc. it shifts to exultant major with full choir. This all repeats with new text then moves into a coda climaxing on "the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord." The anthem ends with a triumphant Amen. Voices ranges are appropriate for church choirs: sopranos need teh high F, G optional at the end; tenors have a few high Gs, basses a few low Fs. The piece may be heard in the posted mp3 file.
