Beautiful and versatile arrangement!!
I love this arrangement. I first played it last summer using digital keyboards for the parts. This past weekend, I used it as Prelude in church with trumpet, cello, and piano. (All acoustic) The parts work well for different combinations of treble and bass instruments, and I will be using it again soon with a flute playing the treble part. The piece can also be played using two keyboards. One player would read from the score and play the cello part with left hand and violin part with right hand. The second player would play the written piano part.

Beautiful and flexible
What a great arrangement! It is written for violin, cello and piano. I used it with flute, bassoon and piano - two teens and a young adult. They sounded terrific in the church service on Sunday morning during the offering time. The string parts are intermediate level, while the piano part is late intermediate. The piano is the driving engine of the piece, playing throughout with interesting flowing rhythms. (One or two measures at the key change were harder, so I simplified them for my student who was playing piano without compromising any effect, I thought.) The written dynamics left me scratching my head. I should have studied them more. My young group ignored them and played loud and soft together according to the energy of the piece at the moment. I highly recommend this arrangement. Performers will enjoy the interplay of the parts and how expressive each part is. It is very rewarding for each player and they end up looking like a real team.
