The Table (Digital) by Benjamin Harlan 4-Part - Digital Sheet Music

By Benjamin Harlan
SATB choir, piano - Digital Download

SKU: C6.811178

Composed by Benjamin Harlan. Christian. Octavo. Celebrating Grace - Digital #811178. Published by Celebrating Grace - Digital (C6.811178).

6.875 x 10.25 inches. Michael Eller.

Benjamin Harlan’s use of 3/2 creates reflective motion in this Communion anthem. After a simple Soprano/Alto introduction, staggered entrances of the 2-part harmony build to 4-part harmony. The congregation is exhorted to "eat," "proclaim," and "be a union of a people restored." As the key change prompts the final verse, the unison choir powerfully sends the congregation into the world "to be the blessing." With reverent reflection, we go to live our thanks.
