This is an 5-Part (plus percussion) arrangement of the music from The Super Mario Bros. Movie written specifically for Steel Ensemble. Bass parts are included for both bass pans and electric bass (with the bass pan parts sounding an octave lower than written).
Please note that the current sample recording uses vibraphone and marimba (due to my lack of a steel pan sample library), but this arrangement is intended for steel ensemble.
Part Ranges: Both the 1st and 2nd Lead parts assume C4 as the lowest pitch. The Cello part does not venture below C3 The Bass part does not venture below C2 (though the music is written an octave higher than it sounds for easier readability).
The ranges have been selected for maxumum compatibility, but feel free to adjust octaves as needed since steel pan ranges have not yet been fully standardized.
