ENG - This famous song “The Sound of Silence” (1964, author Paul Simon) is presented in a flexible FLEX 1 + 3 format, in which there is a main line with the theme (Instrument 1) and 3 accompaniment lines (3 background lines). The booklet presents the detached parts for each type of instrument, with in addition a piano guide of the accompaniment lines and two percussion parts. In this way it will be possible to play it with any school orchestra or small ensemble (from duo to quartet). The piece is very easy to perform as the difficulty of the parts does not exceed level 1 difficulty.
ITA - The Sound of Silence è una canzone del 1964 composta da Paul Simon, è presentato in un formato flessibile FLEX 1 + 3, in cui vi è una linea principale con il tema (Instrument 1) e 3 linee di accompagnamento (3 background lines). Il fascicolo presenta le parti staccate per ogni tipologia di strumento, con in aggiunta una guida pianistica delle linee di accompagnamento e due parti percussionistiche. In questo modo sarà possibile suonarlo con qualsiasi orchestra scolastica o piccolo ensemble (dal duo al quartetto). Il brano è di facilissima esecuzione in quanto la difficoltà delle parti non supera il grado 1 di difficoltà.
