This song is great for unlocking the power in your soprano-alto singers' chest voices. This arrangement is for SSA divisi voices. This arrangement sits at a intermediate/advanced difficulty for middle school and junior high choirs. The music is predictable throughout with the repeating chorus, and there are good opportunities for tight-knit harmonies and divisi harmonies in the Soprano 1 and Alto parts.
This arrangement features two solos and a descant part that can be shared within a small group. In addition, this arrangement has opportunities for singers to do ambient nature sounds, whisper during the bridge/buildup section, and explore a wide range of dynamics.
