This piano arrangement of the famous soundtrack from "The Queen's Gambit" can be helpful to develop a good octave-technique combined with leaps in the left hand. I suggest to practice the octaves slowly and with a completely free and relaxed hand, without tensing it during the leaps. It could be very useful to let the hand fall down on the keys to reach the bass octave and then the chord in the middle register. The tremolo should be also done with a relaxed hand, achieving a pianissimo sound.
