A setting of an Icelandic folk song EG BYRJA REISU MIN and a seventeenth century text (translated by Gracia Grindal) given to Judas, the betrayer. The hauntingly beautiful melody is set for choir and congregation, with soprano saxophone and organ adding to the austere character of the piece. An unusual and moving addition to the possibilities for Passion Sunday or Holy Week.

The Potter's Field
An original composition, the unusual text deals with the betrayal of Judas. The soprano saxophone adds to the haunting and mysterious melody making it a perfect piece to use during the Lenten season.
