It starts with the train whistle and the chug of the engine and soon we are whooshing through the snow towards the North Pole and Santa. The individual parts are reasonably easy ( the !st flute goes as high as Ab) and I would recommend quite a fast tempo. It would make an excellent choice for a Christmas concert and would pair well with my arrangement of When Christmas Comes To Town (also from The Polar Express but much calmer).
