    Good collection!

I play in a violin-guitar duo and we wanted to add some Renaissance tunes to our collection. This is good all-around collection of lively tunes. The only reason I took off one star is that there are no tempo markings. Since I wasn't familiar with the pieces, I had no idea what appropriate tempos were for these pieces (Allegro, Andante, etc.). I managed to track down audio for most of them and jotted down metronome markings in my book. The rest will be my best guess. :-)

    Good Resource

Very good selection of a variety of tunes for dancing and instrumental playing. I am limited to the key of D on my wooden fife and still found lots to work with from this book.
