He was a founding member of the Manchester String Quartet and scored many arrangements for the group's recordings. Tim now orchestrates and conducts, working with orchestras including Manchester Camerata, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, RTÉ Concert Orchestra and the Philharmonia.
