As well as very much incorporating the original melody, additional original material has been added to really allow the clarinet to soar at its best. It is one of five pieces from 'Christmas Jazz Volume 2 - Clarinet edition', which includes; Deck The Halls (Piazzolla-style!), The Holly and the Ivy, O Holy Night (a bit cheeky), Away in a manger (beautiful ballad), and Ukrainian Folk Carol - a crazy swung showstopper!). Christmas Jazz Volume 1 also has five Jazz-inspired beautiful Christmas pieces too; God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Silent Night, The First Nowell, I Saw Three Ships, and Hark The Herald and is by the same composers.
