The Godfather is a classic gangster film, made in 1972. Nino Rota’s score is equally memorable and its Love Theme has been immortalised in both instrumental and vocal versions. Rota had used the melody as early as 1958; it is also much-loved in its song version ‘Speak Softly, Love’.
I feel strongly that there is a lack of interesting solo or teaching material for electric guitarists. I have this arrangement that will help to address this deficiency.
