Mark Sarnecki Books Useful
There are so many theory books out there, it can be overwhelming to choose. As a piano teacher, the reason I have my students use Sarnecki is: a) it prepares them for Music Teachers National Association Achievement Tests; b) it has an answer key so they can grade it at home, bringing only bothersome issues to the lesson; c) I've had students successfully pass their written exams by prepping with Sarnecki's materials. One elementary student consumed the whole workbook, graded their work with the answer key and took the third-level (hardest) test with a 96 percent score. I hope this review is helpful.

Great book overall. Just a little lean on interval exercises.
