Since several years the famous Flemish composer and arranger Marcel Peeters collaborates with his friend Bog Gay to write rather light-hearted compositions for symphonic band. In this extremely colourful oriental ballet the composers introduce the listeners into mysterious and exotic places where attractive young ladies dance voluptuously. A fascinating composition with quite some humoristic characteristics and a sparkling orchestration.

Depuis quelques années le compositeur et arrangeur flamand connu Marcel Peeters s'est associé avec son ami Bob Gay pour écrire des pièces pour orchestre d'harmonie dans un genre plus léger. Dans ce ballet oriental très colorié, les deux compositeurs nous font visiter des endroits exotiques et mystérieux où de jeunes filles exécutent de voluptueuses danses du ventre. Une composition captivante, pleine d'humour et avec une brillante orchestration.

Seit einigen Jahren wirkt der bekannte flämische Komponist und Arrangeur Marcel Peeters mit seinem Freund Bob Gay zusammen um etwa lockere Kompositionen für Harmonieorchester zu schreiben. In diesem ganz farbigen orientalischen Ballett führen die beiden Komponisten uns nach geheimnisvollen exotischen Orten wo hübsche Mädchen ganz sinnlich tanzen. Eine reizende Komposition mit gewissem Humor und mit einer besonders fähigen und spritzigen Orchestrierung.
