Fun & Rewarding Beatles Classics!
As an adult learner, I absolutely love this Phillip Keveren collection of Beatles tunes. The late intermediate arrangements (SMP Level 7) are challenging enough to feel rewarding, but still totally achievable with practice. Playing these iconic songs like 'Let It Be' and 'Yesterday' on the piano solo really makes me feel like I'm sounding like the record. It's fantastic for unwinding after a long week!

My Favorite Book
The arrangements in this book are varied, clever, beautiful, and fun to play. I consider this one of the best finds I have had in music shopping. I am amazed that he was able to create such great arrangements on pieces like A Day in the Life. The pieces are meaty, but they are not impossible to play with perfection after some good practice.

nice Beatles-Not Nice SheetMusic
The product was fine-Sheet Music Plus not so good. I had tried to use a discount coupon emailed to me by Sheet Music Plus but received a mesage the code was invalid; I emailed Sheet Music to notify them of this and got no response. I also emailed them asking for a credit to my account for the amount of the coupon and also got no response-perhaps being responsive to emails is considered too Yesterday' for a modern business.

Nicely done
With Beatles, what you hear isn't always what you get to play, due to heavy studio production. Keveren manages to transform these tunes into real piano pieces that stay true to the character of the song. However I think he overdid Penny Lane with too many modulations. I had a student who wanted to play it but got discouraged by all the key changes.

Awesome!
I purchased this book for a piano student who is early intermediate to intermediate level. She loves the song Michelle! I've had her improvised the melody with chords, make up her own arrangement for the song, anything I could think of. The arrangement of Michelle out of these book is out of this world, and my student is enjoying it immensely, working hard on it, and learning from it!

Pretty
Pretty arrangements. A couple of surprises. But little to make your friends stop and say, Wow! To be fair, The Beatles do not take well to solo piano. I like Keveren's movie book a lot more.

Wonderful
This was a surprise. Not sure if I would like trying to play the Beatles and sound good doing it. Thank you Phillip Keveren for another wonderfully arrangement of their songs. I am a fan and am collecting all your books. Jingle Jazz and Great Standards are terrific.
