Thank the Lord arr. Rene Clausen

This short lilting 6/8 folk tune arrangement works well and satisfies singers and listeners alike as an introit piece (Thanksgiving) or short anthem selection for general worship use. For unaccompanied SATB voices, 3 verses. Clausen suggests tambourine use at the discretion of the director and it adds to the piece if used sparingly. A shortened version could be achieved by singing the unison 18 bar opening presenting the melodic line coupled with the final 18 bar SATB harmony.
