"Tara's Theme" is the iconic, sweeping musical leitmotif from the 1939 classic film Gone with the Wind. Composed by Max Steiner, it swells during scenes featuring Scarlett O'Hara's beloved Georgia plantation, Tara. The melody was later adapted into the song "My Own True Love".
