Take Five is one of the most recognizable Jazz Pieces of all time. It is written in 5/4 which is basically 10 eighth notes per measure. This arrangement is based on the Guitar Cover by Chet Atkins for fingerstyle ukulele. Once you get the beat down, it is not that hard. The principle vamp is a D Minor chord with a few melodic phrases that take it out of the box. It;s a wonderful song to learn and play. it is designed for intermediate fingerstyle ukulele players.
