Addendum To My First Review
I want be fair. I had bought two books because on the first I lost the cd at one point. I dont know which book I bought first, but one book DOES have the entire trombone solo printed for Dont Be That Way so I am happy. The catalogue number is printed on the bottom of every page and on the copy that has the incorrect Solo, it has an incorrect catalogue number. Instead of MMO 3973 like the rest of the book it had MMO 4229 for the remainder of that piece after the first page. My guess is this was a bad run and likely corrected, but I have not talked with the publisher about it since the issue for me is resolved. But I didnt want to leave a bad mark on a review left undone.

Overall Good but One Glaring Error
The solos are pretty good and the songs are fun to play. They each bring something to the table, such as stretching the range a little, technique, or just being good for reading. One glaring publishing mistake is on Don't Be That Way it suddenly switches to treble clef with a different key signature, repeats measures and the printed solo is not what is played, and the sheet remains like that to the end. I suspect the Tenor Saxophone part was accidentally inserted in place of the rest of the trombone part and this was not caught. It would be nice to have a reprint of this offered somewhere online. I haven't found it yet if it is.

Top-Notch Solos
I ordered this book along with Play Ballads with a Band and Play the Music of Burt Bacharach (all featuring Roy Agee). I received the other two books first, and although the accompaniment was fine (using real instruments and not midi), I was a bit disappointed with the written charts which really lacked any inventive solos. My expectations for this book, Swing with a Band, were understandably low, but when it finally arrived, I was literally blown away by the written solos which are more than challenging enough for even seasoned players. The arrangements in this book are far superior to the other two books and set a high standard for all play-along books of this type. The only mis-step is the last tune, One O'Clock Jump, which strangely doesn't have the trombone solo in the middle of the piece written out.
