Lovely arrangement of an old tune. Sounds much more difficult than it is. My small choir can handle this and it makes us sound awesome. I love Raney's accompaniments!

Sweet ....
Just performed this piece with a very small choir; I serve as both the director and accompanist. Initially, I was a bit concerned that the multiple key changes would come off as too flashy, but instead found that they further enhanced the music. The chords are lush and full; nothing awkward or unexpected. When I noticed that it was arranged by Joel Raney I knew that I had to take a look at this piece. Given the short intro of Every Time I Feel the Spirit I found myself a little disappointed that wasn't incorporated into this piece.
