Fine quality edition, highly recommended...
This is a top quality publication which has evidently been in print for quite a while. The arranger states that it is faithful to the original with a few exceptions - the order of the pieces redistributed to make it in line with the ancient form of the Suite, and leaving out the Passacaille. The fingering notations seem fine and are complete. This arrangement is in standard guitar tuning. Some players today perform this Suite with 6 = D for fuller sound, this is not done here. Also, there are no trills or ornamental notes indicated, but the player can easily add these as desired. Personally, I can't resist changing a few things in playing these movements, but this transcription is certainly good for a performer to base their own rendering upon.
