This Elementary Piano Solo gives students the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of C 5-Finger Position, Middle C Position, with occasional E-F# and F#-G staccatos for a spirited performance. It increases musicality through a LH melody in the Intro (mm. 1-9) and Coda (mm. 26-37), a singing RH melody in the "A" section over a tied 5th in the LH (mm. 10-25), occasional accents, quarter rests, and introduces students to a few sforzandos for the 1/2 step "wrong-key" sounds of F#-G and B-C.
