All notes in the PRIMO are played singly with the hands in one position centered around middle C and then played one octave higher. The score is written in the key of G major giving the PRIMO practice playing an F# in the left hand.
The PRIMO plays the melody for the first verse and then the PRIMO and SECONDO alternate leading with the melody for the second verse. This relaxing, peaceful Christmas lullaby is especially fitting for a recital during the holiday season or a first performance in a church setting. Still, Still, Still arranged for Piano Duet
A very nice arrangement that works well as a duet for an elementary student and an intermediate elementary student. I used it this year for siblings, one at a level -2 and the other at level 3-4. Could also be used as a teacher-student duet.
