Good for Beginners, Not for Gigs
As a gigging musician, this 'Beginning Piano Solo' book isn't designed for my typical use. There are no explicit chord symbols over the staff, which is expected for solo beginner arrangements. It’s too simplified for professional settings or improv. However, it's great for quickly learning the basic melodies of John Williams's themes for educational purposes or if I needed a very stripped-down arrangement for a specific casual event.

Fun and Achievable Star Wars Themes!

Not Good Arrangements
I was excited to get this book for my younger piano students, but when I got the book and played through the arrangements I was very disappointed.These are, frankly, very boring arrangements of very awesome music. These arrangements could have easily been made into more interesting arrangements at the same level of difficulty. They are not very fun to play and definitely not fun to listen to. I am highly disappointed in my purchase and I will not be using these arrangments for my students.I would not recommend this book at all. I will be looking for better arrangements of Star Wars music at the same level.

This is great for a beginner who can read one or two notes on 2 lines. It was just a lot more simple than what I was looking for.
