Le couvent de Saint-Florian a été le lieu de travail du compositeur autrichien Anton Bruckner qui y composa plusieurs de ses grandes symphonies. Ce couvent et sa superbe église sont situés au centre d’un paysage champêtre idyllique. St. Florian Choral (“Choral de Saint-Florian”) est un hommage Anton Bruckner, dont la musique a profondément marqué Thomas Doss.
