Hij schreef dit werk toen hij, na een periode waarin het niet goed ging in zijn privé leven, het gevoel had dat het weer bergopwaarts ging. Met die nieuwe levensenergie schreef hij “ Spirit of Life”.
The fact that composer, Meindert Boekel is an emotional person is rather clear when listening to this composition. He wrote this work after a period in his private life when things had not gone well. Eventually his life started to get better, and with this new life energy he wrote "Spirit of Life".
Il est clair dans cette composition que Meindert Boekel est un homme de sentiment. Il écrivait cet œuvre après une période ou ça n’allait pas très bien dans sa vie privée, quand il avait l’impression qu’il commençait à remonter la pente. Avec cette nouvelle énergie vitale il écrivait ‘ Spirit of Life’.
Das Meindert Boekel ein Gefühlsmensch war, wird deutlich in dieser Komposition. Er schrieb dieses Werk, als er, nach einer Peride in seinem Privatleben in der es nicht gut ging, das Gefühl hatte, dass es wieder bergaufwärts ging. Mit dieser neuen Lebensenergie schrieb er ‘Spirit of Life’.
