Published by Isaac Stone (A0.1560164).This is a fairly simple SAB arrangement of Space Oddity. It was arranged for a small number of experienced singers to sight-read for a radio show, rather than for younger voices as it does have some vocal challenges. It may work for middle school choirs and community choirs, since the Baritone line takes the tune for the chorus, but note that it goes up to F4. This is in the same key as the original, which will help singers already familiar with the song. It was designed to be a capella but has been performed with an improvised piano accompaniment successfully, and because it is in the original key, young musicians who have learned it could join in. It is slightly abridged from the original to remove the instrumental sections, and has a proper coda. There is some moderate divisi into 4 parts, most notably the second chorus which has two male voice lines, but the tenor line is the tune, and is doubled in the sopranos, so could be omitted.
