I ordered the Peters edition of Opus 166 by Camille Saint-Saens and received it very quickly. I am quite pleased with this edition and would highly recommend to other oboe players. I've been taking lessons for 2-1/2 years. The music is a stretch for me, but I'm enjoying learning it!

Beautiful
The description is wrong. The composer was not part of teh Classical Era, he was Late-Romantic.

a beautiful piece
the saint saens oboe sonata is a truly beautiful solo that requires practice but is quite enchanting. Maybe for intermediate to advanced oboe player
