Solo du cor pour le concours Horn - Digital Sheet Music

Cello,Horn,Instrumental Duet - Level 2 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1498284

Composed by L. Cherubini. Arranged by Filippo Zambelli. 19th Century. 6 pages. Filippo #1074595. Published by Filippo (A0.1498284).

These compositions, commissioned from highly renowned composers by the national conservatory of Paris, were intended for the students' final diploma tests. They could be accompanied by the piano or, as in this case, by a cello as a bass. They often had the function of a "first sight" test where the candidate had to demonstrate that he had the ability to perform a piece of a certain difficulty extemporaneously.
This piece was used for the competitions from 1825 to 1863.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
