This suite contains three of the five national dances of Poland. In order, they are: Polenez, Kujawiak, and Oberek. Each of these three dances is scored for two violins, viola and piano. Due, however, to the often times difficult chore of finding a viola player, there is an optional third violin part that can easily be substituted.
