This is the sixth in a set of seven pieces that each elaborate upon ideas previously left dormant in sketch form. This particular piece is a simple cycle of ascending repetitions of a 10-bar added-note chord sequence, with octave bass line, that rise by a perfect fifth each time. The piece is highly accessible and is appropriate for most standards of pianist, including students and more advanced players.
