Although each Bagatelle is written in a characteistic style, to be truthful they are just me with various hats on. Anyone expecting acaedemic authenticity should look elsewhere.
I have tried to keep dynamic markings and other indicators of expression to a minimum. Partly because I cannot stand bossy people, and partly because I believe music is best played in a spirit of improvisation. Discover how you think the music should go, and then discover how it can be played differently.
These pieces may be played in 1st position, but I have not indicated fingering as I rarely follow editor's suggested fingering, so don't see why others should.
