Spiky
I believe that the word lyrical appears somewhere in the introduction to this score. I would say that isn't the accurate descriptor. Spiky is more like it. Rhythmic complexity that makes it more of a puzzle, less of a pleasure to play. My ensemble quickly decided to leave it to others with a taste for the ANTI-lyrical.
