Usable but Poor Editing
The notes are all there, and it is playable. However, the dynamics as marked by the arranger are almost comically bad. It's forte, then a beat later piano, then piano again! Clearly done by someone who has no understanding of music from this era. Many of the voicing choices in terms of octaves and doubling are also rather poor in the lower three voices. Overall a rather low effort transcription for brass.
