Great Product, but large vocal range
Our church's small ensemble (7 members) is thoroughly enjoying working on this cantata. The music is fresh, yet conservative, with a great contrast of slower, more thoughtful pieces intermingled with exciting, joyful songs. We specifically chose the SAB version because of our small number of male singers, and also expected the music to be fairly easy to sing. However, we were a little disappointed to discover that several times the sopranos have to sing a high A flat. (High G's and F's are quite common, too.) So, if you plan to order this, be sure you have sopranos that can sing in that range.
