It is appropriate for any concert band (including children) or orchestra. It represents some of the troublesome times we live in right now with COVID and other issues going on, and it offers some rays of hope (thus the title).
[The recording is digital, created in Studio One Pro 5, so the instrument sounds are not a true representation of a real orchestra, although not bad.]
