My church choir presented this work on Good Friday as part of our service. We had Viola, Clarinet, Flute and French horn participating with the piano and choir. Our congregation was extremely appreciative of the music. We are still getting comments 3 weeks later. The vocal parts were easy to learn, a lot of the music was familiar to everyone in the church. I can't say enough about this cantata. We will definitely repeat it. The instrumental parts were effective at times without the piano. Two of my musicians found a lot of the content too far advanced for them, the keys being a challenge when there were multiple sharps and flats. We will ask for help from the UPEI music department next time.I would highly recommend this work to any intermediate to advanced choir.

This is a wonderful Lenten Cantata. I had used this for my Choir and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended the performance. Excellent work.
