A superb collection of exercises to help develop bowing style, accuracy, rhythms and wrist speed/strength. These have become some of the most widely used and successful studies and exercises in the first position.

Trilled bow crossings
Opus 2 parts 1,2,3 for viola are normally often considered to be the ultimate range of bowing possible for violas, however, Dvorak and Elgar symphony parts have legato bowing which rock the bow from one string to the next adjacent string very rapidly for many notes within whole bows. This does not seem to have been catered for as far as I can see. Otherwise these books seem very comprehensive. (moderately advanced amateur)
